About Ximahr
​Established in the year 1987 as the HR association, today XIMAHR provides a platform to the budding HR professionals to make sufficient inroads in gaining knowledge beyond the classroom and increasing interface with the industry to remain more agile and relevant. Through its various activities and initiatives, XIMAHR tries to nurture talent and streamline the competencies of the students. XIMAHR has evolved as one of the leading association of students specializing in HR with its alumni base present in almost all corporate houses of India.
The contemplation behind this logo stems from the very fact that HR is moving towards a more strategic role with focus on talent management, efficient service delivery and holistic design of the workplace. The three triangles represent the three main pillars on which this function stands today, i.e. Organizational Behaviour, Industrial Relations and People Research. The colors are similar yet different and symbolize the entwining among the three distinct pillars. The letter ‘X’ represents the Xavier fraternity and the HR Association includes the students of HR, the Alumni, the HR industry and the entire HR community.
